1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once they are shipped or delivered. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
- Your order was canceled before shipment.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- The issue was caused by improper handling, storage, or misuse.
- The return request is made after the 7-day window.
- The item was purchased during a sale or marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return & Inspection Process
If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace products if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at snackncloudcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
